We provide outpatient rehabilitation therapy at home and in senior/independent living communities via our Mobile Outpatient Clinic and online via telehealth.

About Home OT Daily
We broadcast a daily one-hour OT livestream that brings occupational therapy -including: physical, cognitive, holistic and mindfulness-based therapy - right into our members' homes.
If your patient misses the morning livestream, the video is available for them later in the day. Home OT Daily can be accessed on any tablet, computer or smart phone.
Home OT Daily is also a fun and lively members-only social community with loads of activities, hobby clubs and helpful resources for seniors who value their independence.

We make house calls!
We fully assess the patient, the home environment, and the caregiver’s circumstances. Our clinicians then provide clinically excellent care that is custom-tailored for each patient, guided by evidence-based practices and standards.
Who refers to us:
Medical doctors, physicians' assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, and geriatric care managers.
Good to know:
Your patients do not have to be hospitalized, have a nursing need, or be classified as "homebound" to access specialized rehabilitation via outpatient therapy.
The Bottom Line

Our therapy service is billed through Medicare Part B and costs your practice nothing.
