Covid-19 Response

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Beloved Clients, 

At High Thrive Therapy, the health of our clients and team members is paramount. 100% of our staff is fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We are following safety protocols provided by the US Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as well as complying with the various State and local regulations. More specifically, we are encouraging use of our telehealth online therapy services as well as implementing enhanced safety measures at our mobile therapy services and clinic, including:

  • All in-person appointments begin with a standard Covid-19 pre-screening and temperature check

  • Clients are asked to wait in their cars until the time of their clinic appointment

  • Clients are asked not to bring anyone in with them who is not receiving services

  • We have reduced seating in our waiting room to promote social distancing (in case the need arises to use the waiting room)

  • We have removed reading materials from our waiting area

  • Therapists routinely use basic PPE: face masks and gloves

  • Clients are encouraged to wear face masks (if not already required by local/state policies)

  • Therapists endeavourto keep 6 feet distance between themselves and their clients, when doing so does not impede therapy services

  • Therapists and staff clean their offices’ surfaces and equipment with disinfectant immediately following every session

  • Hand sanitizer is provided in each waiting room and office

  • A professional cleaning service regularly deep-cleans our offices

If a therapist or client is feeling sick, they are asked to stay home and get tested for COVID-19, and may not return until they either receive a negative test result or 14 days have passed. If a therapist or client tests positive for COVID-19, the office will immediately close and will not reopen until it has been deep-cleaned/disinfected.

If a mobile outpatient therapy client is quarantined or has recently tested positive for Covid-19, we will offer to shift their appointments to telehealth in order to maintain timely therapy and sustain their progress.
